Returns / Exchange

If your not completely satisfied with your purchase we offer a simple returns / exchange policy of 14 days. 

Here are the conditions

• Item must be in the original packaging
• Returned items must be in unused condition
• Must not have been washed
• Must be returned with Inside Invoice/Receipt

Note*

Goods will only be accepted for return / exchange if despatched within 14 days we must be notified by contacting us before you have despatched the item.

The item is your responsibility until we have received it. (We recommend using and insured service for your protection if item is lost/damaged).

The cost of returning the item is your responsibility, This will be refunded if your product is faulty only and not for wrong items ordered or exchange.
